"Shipping Felt Like an Eternity"
I ordered from Little Hometown and the items themselves were fine, nothing to complain about there. But the shipping? Oh my gosh, it felt like my package had vanished into the abyss. There were barely any updates, so I kept checking the tracking like a detective on a case. It did finally arrive, but it took way longer than I expected. Not a total disaster, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something quickly.

"Nice local designs, shipping was a little slow"
and I found a shirt for my hometown easily, which was cool because it actually felt local and not like some random generic design. Shipping took a few extra days, but I’d still order again

"I expected a lot more for the price..."
I expected a lot more for the price. It felt too expensive for what I got, and the quality just wasn’t there. I also didn’t love how much effort it took to figure things out and deal with it all. For the money, I was hoping for something that felt easier and better overall

"I had to reach out to littlehometown.com about..."
I had to reach out to littlehometown.com about my order, and I wasn’t totally sure I was going to get a straight answer at first. The response took longer than I expected, and while they were polite when they finally got back to me, I had to ask twice before I got a clear update. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’m always a little wary with customer service, and this didn’t exactly make me feel super confident. They could definitely be quicker and more helpful.

"Faded after one wash again"
Washed it once and the print already started fading and cracking. i’m tired of running into the same issue with prints not holding up.

"I ordered from littlehometown.com the packaging was..."
I ordered from littlehometown.com the packaging was better than I expected. The box showed up in good shape, and everything inside was wrapped well enough that nothing was damaged. I kind of wish I’d paid more attention to the amount of plastic and extra wrapping before ordering, since it felt like a bit more than necessary. Still, it did the job and everything arrived safely, so I can’t really complain too much.

"Cute idea, but I’m not sure I’d trust it again"
I ordered a little hometown print as a gift, and at first glance it was really cute. The website was simple enough to use, and shipping was fine, so I was feeling good about it when it arrived.

Once I looked closer, though, I started noticing the map wasn’t quite right. A couple of streets seemed off, and one place name that should’ve been there was missing. For something that’s supposed to feel personal, that really made me question how carefully these are made.
It still looks nice from a distance, but it left me a little disappointed. I wanted to love it, but now I’d be hesitant to order again unless I knew the accuracy had improved.

"Adorable dress, but the sizing was a whole disaster"
I ordered a dress for my daughter because the print looked super cute online, it really was cute in person too. For about five seconds I was thrilled, and then we tried it on and everything went downhill dramatically.

I got her usual size, the size she wears all the time, and somehow this thing fit like it had been made for a completely different child. The arms were tight, the length was way shorter than expected, and she looked uncomfortable just standing there. She could maybe wear it once, but only if we were all pretending it fit.

Shipping was fine, so no complaints there, but now I’m stuck being annoyed because I absolutely do not want to deal with a return over one tiny dress. Cute clothes are great, but if the sizing is this off, I’m probably not ordering again unless they fix that size chart.

"The website feels really outdated"
I didn’t enjoy using the site much. The design reminded me of older websites I used years ago, and not in a nostalgic way, more like that frustrating feeling of trying to find something on a cluttered page that hasn’t been touched in forever. The layout felt messy, the colors didn’t really work for me, and it made browsing less pleasant than I expected.

"I ordered a small hometown print, and the..."
I ordered a small hometown print, and the actual ordering part was really easy. Like, I didn’t have to click through a million confusing steps or wonder if my order went through, which I always appreciate. I got the confirmation email pretty much right away, so that part made me feel good. The only thing was that the shipping updates were slower than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I did find myself checking a couple times and wondering if it had actually moved yet. Once it arrived, everything was totally fine. The print looked like the photos, it was in good shape, and there weren’t any surprises. So overall I’m happy with it, I just think the tracking could be a little quicker or more detailed

"Fine for a quick little gift"
I ordered a gift from littlehometown.com, it was cute enough and the whole process was easy. I think I partly blame myself for expecting it to feel a bit more special for the price. It’s not bad at all, just more of a simple, last-minute type of present than something really memorable

"Wasnt soft at all"
The material felt rough and kind of cheap to me. I really thought it would be softer, but my kid didnt even want to wear it.

"Not worth it"
I made a snap judgment after the first wash—this thing just fell apart. The quality really wasn’t there

"Return took longer than it should’ve"
Had to return a shirt because it didn’t fit, the whole process was kind of a pain. Ugh. The emails took longer than I expected, and the exchange details weren’t very clear at first. Confusing. I did get it sorted out eventually, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience.
